Amb. Dr. Lola Odeyale Ayo-Fashida is graduate of Microbiologist, a multiple award winning Nigerian based Finance and Management Consultant, a multi-talented professional, an author with four books (I’ve seen God, Broken, My Pot of Gold, Bisola visits her grandma). She is an Inspirational Leader, and transformational life coach whose passion is in life improvement; leadership development and financial advancement.
Amb. Lola has a professional experience of over twenty years in different industries ranging from healthcare to education, to finance and human resources consulting. She has an MBA (Human resources) from OAU, M.Ed in Career Counseling from the University of Ibadan and a PhD in Personnel Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
She is a fellow with several professional institutions (FCIPM, FNIM, FITD, FCILRMN, FICEN, FCIMCN, FIPMA, FICRMP, UK). She advocates for children’s enlightenment, youth development and women empowerment. She has impacted over 120,000 children, youth and women in various areas since the inception of her profession.
In May 2024, she was appointed as one of the Ambassadors for Girls/Women Speak for UN Peace Ambassadors. She is also a certified transformational, life and business coach. She is a mentor on several prestigious platforms locally and internationally; Some are PAWEN, Leap Africa, Flourish Africa, WIMBIZ, Create Initiative and Treasure Refuge Foundation, etc).
Amb. Lola is an International and inspirational speaker for women, children and business conferences. She is the convener of Finance and Investment South West Summit, faculty member of New Nation Business Academy and a board member Of six enterprises. She is the Lead Consultant at Lolyan Consults and KKV Global Concepts.
She serves as President of Outpour of fragrances initiative, a not-for-profit organization focused on impacting vulnerable children, youths and women in the society. She is also the Convener of Children Praise and Pray, a forum where children gather to praise God and pray to God. She has won several awards, presents on radio and TV on topics relating to family unity, financial and business growth, youth and national development.
Through her not-for-profit organization and social enterprise, Fragrant life series, she is focussed on making life better for children, teenagers, young adults and women; helping them to grow their finances. The NGO has seven projects in the area of education, welfare, health care and building a positive mindset, tailored at addressing SDG 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 17.
The projects are:
– Love4JAMB – paying JAMB examination fees for vulnerable students.
– Business grants for single mothers and widows to start or scale their businesses
– Beautifying His jewels – visit to orphanage homes to give food products, clothings and other essential items.
– Back to school – giving educational materials to vulnerable students
– Jackies hub – donating literary books to schools, assisting with library set ups, ensuring and enhancing the reading culture.
Dr. Lola, aka Icon of fragrance is a deep lover of music with two albums, A f’ope and Lori Oke Mimo; she is happily married and blessed with lovely children.
