DR. FIKELEPHI JACKSON

Dr. Fikelephi Jackson is a distinguished Award-Winning Humanitarian, an Activist and philanthropist, an Award-Winning Author happily married with seven children. In addition to being a Prolific Mentor & International speaker, & broadcaster, Dr. Jackson is renowned for her impactful work, notably through her book, “Against All Odds I Survived!” Her efforts convey messages of hope, restoration, and forgiveness, resonating with women & girls globally. She actively contributes to various organizations, including Victim Support UK, and holds leadership roles within her church.

Dr. Jackson’s unique mentoring program positively influences the lives of numerous women and girls from diverse backgrounds, embodying her mission to rebuild lives and restore dignity. As the founder and CEO of the nonprofit organization, “Against All Odds Still Standing Charity (AOS),” Dr. Jackson and her team have made significant strides in supporting secondary school students in Africa and constructing a secondary school in Malawi.

Her efforts have empowered women and girls affected by gender-based issues, including widows and those living with HIV/AIDS, across the globe. Over the past decade, Dr. Jackson has embarked on numerous missions. She has recently been invited & featured at the United Nations 🇺🇳 New York.

Dr Fikelephi Jackson is on a Mission to Rebuild Lives, Restore Hope & Regain Dignity through Education, Social Development & Health. She has impacted hundreds of women and girls in Africa and worldwide through empowerment workshops. Over the past 11 years Dr Fikelephi Jackson has successfully delivered projects in Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe & the United Kingdom.

Her motto is ‘Don’t give them Fish, Teach them How to Fish’. Through her empowerment programs, women who were sex workers now are running their own businesses. 70% of the Beneficiaries are Women & Girls & 30% are Boys In the UK, They have offered protection and enable access to specialist support services to restore mental and physical health and well-being of Black and ethnic minority women and children and other women and children who have experienced domestic violence and abuse.

Dr. Jackson has given several support for the relief and empowerment of Black and ethnic minority, women who are survivors of gender-based violence and abuse, including orphans and widows by the conduct of charitable operations, including the provision and promotion of refuge, education, female health, physical infrastructure, social development and income-generating activities.
She also provides early intervention and preventative measures to women who have experienced domestic violence or abuse at some time in their life, through subsidized or free therapeutic mental health rehabilitation in one to one and group sessions. These programmes are provided for people who are either potentially vulnerable to or who are victims and/or survivors of domestic violence and abuse. The beneficiaries include refugees, migrants and individuals from local communities who are in need of the service and have met AOS’ selection criteria.

In addition, Dr. Jackson and her team also provide information on domestic abuse and advertise the support services available for victims or women at risk. Her organization subsidises the cost of attending women empowerment workshops and speaking engagements for victims of discrimination or individuals that have suffered physical, emotional, financial and/or sexual abuse, often suffer from shame and withdraw from society. Her organization also donates items of clothing, toiletries and other essential supplies to victims of gender-based violence. Training and workshops are carried out by AOS volunteers and staff working with beneficiaries in the UK and they also support such training on ground in Africa.
