Dr. Yolanda George-David is the Servant-in-Charge/Founder, Auntlanda’s Bethel Foundation; a Medical Doctor, On Air Personality, Humanitarian, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Advocate, and Changemaker. She is also the founder of Auntlanda’s Free Tertiary Academy and the Convener of the Auntlanda’s Free MarketSquare.
She also runs two shelter programmes in Nigeria, The Aunt Landa’s Free Village: An Adult Walk-in Homeless Shelter for Survivors of Domestic Violence and The Auntlanda’s Paediatric Shelter: A shelter for children who are survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence and Child trafficking.
For the past 12 years she has been a full time Humanitarian, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Advocate, and Child Rights Advocate. She is also on the forefront of the war against Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, Child Trafficking,Teenage Pregnancy, Domestic Violence, vocational training and Empowerment.
She is a Host of Multiple Award winning Radio Shows (Being Real with Auntlanda, Sharing Life Issues, and Weekend Special with Auntlanda).
Dr. Yolanda is a recipient of many awards both local and international; a United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights Consultant. She is an inspiration to many women and girls in Africa.
