
Kefilwe Rasedie is a native of Botswana, currently residing in Canada. She holds an MBA and Diploma in University Teaching (DUT) from University of New Brunswick in Canada. She also graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Botswana. She is certified in Quantitative Risk Management (CQRM) and has started pursuing her PhD research in Enterprise Risk Management.

Kefilwe has acquired incredible international work experience from Canada where she worked as Tax advisor for H&R Block, KPMG Canada intern, College instructor and coordinator for community based organizations. Her passion for teaching and training has taken her to many countries including; Dubai, Mongolia, Nepal, South Africa, Canada and Hong Kong. She specializes in Business modules including; Strategic Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Accounting, Leadership and Corporate Law.
Kefilwe is a passionate entrepreneur who believes that failure is a critical ingredient for success. She is not afraid to fail and start afresh. She is the founder of Smart Wallet, a financial education consultancy that specializes in financial literacy. She is the founder and director of Kefz Education Consultancy in Canada and the founder of Motlobo Online Homeschool.

She is also a co-founder of Single Mothers Safe Haven, a registered Trust in Botswana which supports and empowers single mothers with basic life skills. Inspired By Steve Harvey’s Boys Mentorship program, Kefilwe launched “ BE MY DAD” program in 2019, supported by The World Needs A Father. The mission is to mobilize fathers in our communities to step up and be role models to the majority of boys who grow up without fathers. Kefilwe believes that a ‘father figure” is everything to a boy child!

Kefilwe is a member of the NFEC’s Personal Finance Speakers Association, a member of Worldwide Women’s Association and a proud member of Soroptimist International. Kefilwe believes that we must all strive to be the change we want to see in our communities.
